Sunil Raisoni’s journey is a story of resilience, learning, and vision. In 1984, his family took the dealership of ITC Limited, and he moved to Nagpur to manage and grow the business. For nearly two decades, he led operations with discipline and hands-on involvement, building a strong foundation in business.

His early years were shaped by real, ground-level learning. He worked in the family shop, handling day-to-day tasks without any special privilege. From opening the shop in the morning to doing physical labour, he experienced every level of work. These experiences became his first lessons in managing people, understanding responsibility, and staying grounded.

In 1998, driven by his father’s deep belief in education, he entered the education sector by establishing the first Polytechnic and Engineering institution. This marked the beginning of the Raisoni Group of Institutions, which has today grown into a trusted name in education. He attributes this growth to the dedication, trust, and commitment of his team, who have consistently worked towards a shared vision.

A defining moment in his journey came shortly after his father’s passing, when he received the opportunity to take over Ankush Shikshan Sanstha. This step strengthened his path in education and expanded his responsibilities as a leader.

Sunil Raisoni strongly believes that success is built on hard work, dedication, and passion. His approach has always been practical and disciplined, with a deep understanding of time and resource management. He believes that challenges are a part of growth and every experience adds to learning.

He credits his family as his greatest strength—his wife Shobha for her constant support, his daughters for bringing new perspectives, and his son for carrying forward the vision.
